Concluding the Crossing Borders, Sharing Flavours series, Silt, Spice & Soul is an intimate culinary experience hosted by food anthropologists Dr. Amrita Bhattacharya and Amit Sen. Limited to just 25 guests, the experience combines food anthropology with immersive dining, inviting participants to discover the stories, memories and cultural exchanges that have shaped the region's culinary landscape.
