Shataw Konthey Shohosro Konthow: Chironutan (Rabindra Sangeet in a Thousand Voices) is a large-scale tribute marking the 165th birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore, bringing together over a thousand singers from eleven states of India. The concert unfolds simultaneously in multiple cities including Kolkata at Nazrul Mancha, with over one hundred singers from each state performing 17 of Tagore’s compositions in unison, synchronised in real time. The event also features live screenings across venues, creating a shared cultural experience on an unprecedented scale.
