What it's all about

Organised by the Information & Cultural Affairs Department, Government of West Bengal, this four-day programme marks the 100th birth anniversary of Uttam Kumar. It brings together film screenings, seminars, exhibitions, musical performances and commemorative events across the city. The programme includes screenings of his films, discussions on his work and legacy, a special musical tribute and the foundation stone laying of the proposed Uttam Kumar Film Centre in New Town.
